In this three-part workshop, new entrepreneurs will learn the fundamentals of succeeding in the commercial world.
In the second session, top five mistakes start-ups make, attendees will:
- Identify the value of a business plan;
- Identify business structure;
- Gain a better understanding of monitoring cash flow;
- Make informed decisions regarding taxes.
