Need help using your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader?
Bring your own device and your technology questions, and drop by the library for one-on-one assistance from our Tech staff.
Registration is not required.
This is a first-come, first-served program. Each participant will receive up to 20 minutes of one-on-one help.
Please note, we cannot help with:
Repairing or troubleshooting computer hardware
Removing viruses or malware
Online banking or shopping-related transactions
Recovering device passwords
Coaching on advanced software, tasks, or uncommon industry-specific software
