Catalogue unavailable during system upgrades

City Library will be undergoing a systems upgrade Tuesday, Dec. 17 which will make select services temporarily unavailable. The outage, expected to last about four hours in the morning, is needed to upgrade security patches.

During the outage some library services will not be accessible:

• Automatic return & sorter bin
• Catalogue & online account access
• Self-checkout stations
  • Please check out items at a service desk or the welcome desk
• Computer logins using your library card
  • Guest passes will be available at service desks
• Libby/Overdrive
• Digital collections requiring online authentication (e.g. CreativeBug, Ancestry, etc.)

There will be no impact on our physical collections or scheduled programming. Thank you for your patience while we undergo this important upgrade.
