What’s in your pantry?

It turns out that whatever is in your pantry is a building block for your next best meal. In this food literacy program, come share in a valuable learning experience and discover:

  • How to stock your pantry with foods that ensure healthy, easy meals;
  • How to make the most of what you have on hand;
  • How to connect or reconnect with your food in a way that is exciting and straightforward.

The program will be led by Tanya Vipond, facilitator of the Capilano Cooking Cooperative at the Capilano Community Services Society, and Rubina Jamal, who has worked with community-based organizations to improve access to healthy food.

Registration is recommended, but drop-ins may be allowed if space permits.
