This is a program for teens in grades 8 to 10.

Feeling overwhelmed by high school? You're not alone. Whether you're in grade 8 adjusting to multiple teachers and subjects, in grade 9 finding that things aren't going as planned, or in grade 10 feeling the pressure of grades that really count, it can be tough.

Explore how to:

  • Develop an effective homework routine;
  • Master essential study skills;
  • Build positive relationships with teachers;
  • Manage your time wisely;
  • Cope with stress and anxiety;
  • Set and achieve your personal and academic goals.

This hands-on workshop is a starting point — we’ll work together to find strategies that help you feel more in control. Sign up for the workshop and get back on track this school year!
