Join us for this STEAM crafting afternoon where you will design and create your very own light-up button!
Participants will come up with a simple design for their button, then work with felt and hand sew embroidery to bring their design to life. We will incorporate circuitry to add LEDs to make a fun and light-up piece of art that you can wear!
Participants will learn how to create a circuit using LEDs and batteries, and develop some sewing skills while creating this craft.
This program is for youth ages 10-13. Registration is required.
