Join us for a special performance led by Shahin Pourghiasian, featuring Kurdish maghaams on Tanbur.
In the Western regions of Iran and the Kurdish areas, especially in the Kermanshah region, a community known as "Yaarsaan" resides, who have a profound and unique emotional connection to music. Yaarsaan music features diverse melodies in different modes, each narrating epic tales, ancient myths and stories of love and mysticism.
